Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes we do.

How do I track my package(s)?

  • Send us an email to info@thegiftedpanda.co.uk and we can request an update for you. 
  • Royal Mail usually send an email confirming the order has been sent and will have their tracking number that you can use on the Royal Mail website

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the ordered item - most of our items are printed/manufactured on demand by us or a supplier from across the world.
  • Items usually ship out within 1-2 business days.
  • Some items can be delivered in just a couple days, some can take up to 4 weeks.
  • We do offer worldwide delivery. All items are shipped from Newton Abbot, Devon - in the United Kingdom (UK)

I ordered 2 (or more) items and only 1 has arrived so far?

  • Some items are more efficient to send as two separate packages instead of one, both will have arrive, but sometimes with postal services, they may not arrive on the same day.
  • If you have one item arrive before another, do not panic - the other is still on it's way to you.

How do I exchange for a different size?

  • If your new apparel does not fit and you would like to exchange it for a different size please do the following:
  • Make sure it isn't worn or washed (other than trying it on)
  • Include the details of the size you would like sent back to you
  • You have 30 days to exchange your item
  • Please note: The customer pays the return shipping. If you have any questions about your exchange please email info@thegiftedpanda.co.uk

What do I do if I received the wrong item or it is defective?

  • Firstly, we are truly sorry about this. We are human and may make the odd mistake. Please contact us within calendar days of the item arriving by emailing info@thegiftedpanda.co.uk
  • We will take care of everything including the shipping cost to get the original item back to us, and sending you out the correct item.

  • In order to keep our costs down & give great prices compared to many other websites, we do not currently have a contact centre or number you can get us on.
  • You can always email us on info@thegiftedpanda.co.uk where you will get a friendly, human response.

Do you accept bulk or trade orders?

  • Yes we do - please contact us with the item(s) and quantity you would like, and we can get back to you with a great price.
